Because it can be difficult to type email addresses when you can't see them, it may help to copy your address and then paste it in for the login AND the password.

Once you have logged in for the first time on our new website, you will be able to change your password to one of your choosing.

Yes, the new site now does store the cart contents from one session to another when you log out.

Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer order histories from the old website. However, you can now view orders placed since mid September of 2007 on our new site. Simply log in and click "View Order History". If you are shopping and want to access this page, click the "My Account" button at the top of the page.

While the general layout remains similar to our old website with the catgories at the left, you may now click on Plant Descriptions in the top bar and peruse all our plant offerings at once. The new site also allows us to provide general cultural information under the Plant Inforamtion link at the right. Hopefully this will prevent each plant description from turning in to a short novel.

Another new and very convenient feature near the holidays is the immediate availability of online Gift Certificates. With your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express payment, the Gift Certificate redemption code can be emailed directly to you to give as a gift or emailed directly to the recipient with your message included.
