How may I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as checks and money orders for online, faxed and mailed orders for plants and books. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express to purchase online gift certificates. Your payment will reserve your plants. Plants are reserved in the order that payments are received. We do not bill for payment. We regret that, in many cases, we must wait to ship orders paid for with checks until the check has actually cleared our bank.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged shortly after your order is placed. This payment will reserve your plants. Due to limited supply of many of the rare plants we offer, we can not hold plants without payment.
Where should I fax or call with my credit card information?
If you have opted to call in or fax your American Express, Visa, or MasterCard information, please be sure to include the account number, expiration date, and security code. Also be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and amount to be charged.
You may fax the information to 717-938-0771 or leave the information at 717-938-8677 (you will hear a message for Asiatica). We are not always by the phone and often unable to return phone calls right away so please leave your payment information once you hear the message for Asiatica. We will confirm receipt via email.

I forgot which payment option I chose. How can I tell?
If you printed out a copy of your order, the order number will begin with CALL if you chose to fax or phone your credit card information, MO if you chose to send a money order, and CK if you chose to send a check.
If you did not print out a copy of the order, you will also find the order number in the order confirmation email you receive. It appears near the bottom of the email in the link to view your order just after id=.
