Caladium 'Hok Long'

Thai caladium breeders are taking this old fashioned group of plant in new exciting directions. One of their first introductions was 'Hok Long', a big flouncy plant (12-15")with large ruffled leaves in a riot of pink, white and green. This is a wonderful color/texture accent for the summer garden or a wild and wonderful pot specimen. Likes moisture, rich soil, and warmth in the growing season; keep the corm dry and warm in the dormant winter season. This variety is incorrectly called "Thai Beauty" in Florida. These are dormant bulbs shipped until April 15. After April 15, potted plants will be available. USDA Zones 9-11.
