This very common East Asian species is seldom seen in cultivation. It is tall, to three feet, with slightly arching stems bearing long narrow leaflets and pairs of long cream bells tipped green. This natural strain has silver stripes on the leaves, which add to its ornamental appeal in summer. Bold, easy woodland accent. USDA Zones 4-9.
Grown in 3.5" pots.
