Thailand has been the source of several beautiful new philodendron hybrids and selections over the past few years. This is one of the newest and most spectacular. It appears to be a variegated mutation of a hybrid of P. pinnatifidum and some other very large species. In a 6" container the leaves are already more than a foot long. It is not a climber, making a large rosette of foliage. This spectacular new plant appeared in 2006 and will be scarce for a long time. USDA Zones 10-11.
Grown in 3.5" pots.
