This is a new and very rare Japanese selection of the NE Asian wildflower Anemone pseudoaltaica. This selected form has fully double white flowers that look like a double white chrysanthemum and last much longer than the single form. Like the species, this needs humus-rich, well-drained soil in shade. Good rock garden plant, or for the trough garden. USDA Zones 4-8.
