Agave americana 'Opal'

We bought this beautiful agave in a garden center in Solano County, California without a name, and recently saw it in Tony Avent's garden in North Carolina. It is not the common yellow margined form with long swooping leaves. This is more compact, and makes a magnificent pot specimen, with a cream leaf margin. Thanks to Tony for the name. USDA Zones 9-11.
