Caladium
The new Thai caladium hybrids are one of the most exciting developments in tropical plant breeding in years. They are bred for new colors and color combinations, and thicker, often highly glossy foliage. The culture of Thai caladiums is similar to the culture of other caladium but they are a little slower to develop and are more sun tolerant.
We are offering $5 off the regular shipping & handling charges if your order includes ONLY unpotted Caladium corms purchased in multiples of 1, 5 or 10. The cart will automatically reduce the shipping charge so be sure to take advantage of the reduced shipping & handling rates for these select multiples of unpotted Caladiums. The base shipping & handling charge includes the shipment of up to 8 units of Caladiums (sold in multiples of 1, 5 or 10) so be sure to try several! Please note that these unpotted corms are still being shipped through the end of April 2008.
Plant dormant corms in spring when the soil is warm; bring in bulbs in fall and store warm and dry. Please note that these new varieties do not make bulbs as large as standard commercial varieties. Dormant bulbs will be shipped through mid-April 2008. Potted corms will be available from May through September.
