Arisaema sikokianum

Our most popular arisaema, and a star of the spring garden, this widespread Japanese species is unsurpassed for "wow" impact. The startling white "golfball" spadix is displayed inside the purple spathe. Early to mid-season. Needs excellent drainage in rich woodsy soil in shade. USDA Zones 5-9.

Fall/Winter shipments are unpotted tubers - Counts as a little over a 1/4 of a plant unit for shipping calculation. Please note that unpotted Arisaemas may be available for shipping through March at this price. Please inquire as to availability.

The base shipping and handling charge (plus a few extra cents) includes the shipment of 8 unpotted tubers (mix and match) so be sure to try several!

Please note that while we may have a few unpotted Arisaema available for early Fall shipment, the bulk of the Arisaema tubers will be available for shipment November through January once we receive them from our suppliers.

Spring shipments are potted plants.
